Saturday was a very "happy day" for Scott Baio and his longtime love, Renee Sloan.

The self-proclaimed commitment-phobe finally said "I do" to the love of his life and mother of their one-month-old daughter.

Over the years, the playboy fanatic has been romantically linked to Pamela Anderson, Denise Richards, Heather Locklear and his Happy Days costar Erin Moran.

But Baio has finally decided to settle down with Sloan, which could pose difficulties for the next season of his show - considering he is now 46 years old and married.

According to E! Online, the new season will follow Scott and Renee's new life as parents and newlyweds.

Renee and Scott met at the Playboy mansion in the early 1990's.

Renee also has an 18-year-old daughter from a previous marriage.
